Billing rates

Dr. Steve Clark, ND & Dr. Erik O Nelson, ND Hourly rate: $260

Billing is determined by 5 min increments. Remote appointments are charged the same rate as in office appointments. Remote appointment incurred charges after the remote interaction, which accounts for notes, supplement and lab preparation, etc.

New Hampshire License requirement:

Dr. Clark, N.D. and Dr. Nelson, N.D are Licensed Naturopathic Doctors in New Hampshire.

New patients must be "boots on ground" in New Hampshire during the first appointment. This new appointment may occur in person or remotely. For each subsequent year, at least one appointment shall occur in New Hampshire.
